Pak Cabinet Approves Committee on Treason Charges against Imran Khan
Islamabad: The Pakistan government on Friday set up a
council to choose if an instance of high injustice ought to be sent off against
previous state leader and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party boss Imran
Khan.
Data Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb advised media that the
choice to set up the board of trustees was taken by the Cabinet to ponder
whether the PTI authority were at fault for infringement of the Article
6 of the Constitution.
As per Article 6 any individual who "repeals or
undermines or suspends or holds in suppression, or endeavors or
schemes to annul or undermine or suspend or hold in cessation, the Constitution
by utilization of power or show of power or by some other
unlawful means will be at fault for high treachery". The wrongdoing is
culpable with death.
The improvement comes after the Supreme Court delivered a definite
judgment making sense of the justifications for why it excused previous
National Assembly representative speaker Qasim Khan Suri's questionable
decision of April 3 on the no-trust move against then-state head
Khan.

Sure had decided that the no-certainty movement was connected with
a "unfamiliar connivance" to overturn the PTI government and
subsequently was not viable. Minutes after the fact, President Arid Alvin broke
